Tony Abbot gave a speech about "moving on" from the events of the past. The media immediately sent it around and aboriginal peaceful protesters heard abut these words. "Moving on" did not sound good to them. They decided to protest. -
#2- Protesting Starts
Aboriginal protesters move over to the restaurant where Tony Abbot gave his speech and where now Tony Abott and Julia Gillard are giving away medals to 26 emergency services workers. The first to get there was an aboriginal woman who started bagning on the door. -
#3- Prime Minister's Escort Decides to Go
The prime minister's (Julia Gillard's) police escort decided to get her and Tony Abbot out of there, since the situation was worsening (the escort believed that the glass would shatter with the pressure from the protesters' banging). They rushed her out so fast that when she stumbled they just dragged her on. They reached waiting cars and drove away. -
