The industrial revolution was the introducing of machinery to america. The effects it had were massive. This revolution introduced new transportation, faster shipping, and more wealthy people. -
Imperialism
Imperialism was basically the taking over of countries and making an empire. This affected colonies negatively. This made countries fight over land and there were many enslaved people in the colonies. -

ed by conflict over territories, and countries being threatened by alliances. The war involved the whole world, but the u.s. joined late in the war. The war ended because of trench warfare. No country got far. -

Armed conflict between people loyal to Muammar Gaddafi and those seeking to kill him. Gaddafi was killed and the anti-Gaddafi people took over all major libyan cities. -

Conflict between forces loyal to the Ba'ath party and those who oppose it. The war is still going on.
