The First Arab-Israeli War
May 15 1948 marked the day of beginning for what was to become the Arab-Israeli Conflict. Also on this day began the First Arab-Israeli war, which consisted of multiple combatants such as Israel, Egypt, Iraq, Syria, and many more. One of the main causes of the war was the desire for control over former British Palestine. -
Tyranny Rains: 1951-1952
For a couple years chaos heavily strikes Israel when a group of Palestinian infiltrators proceed to kill many civilians and some soldiers over the course of their attacks. -
Tyranny Continues: 1953-1954
By 1953, the Palestinian infiltrators already managed to kill about 68 Israelis. 42 of which were civilians. By 1954, the Israeli Border Police reported that between May and December, they had killed 51 infiltrators. -
The Introduction of Arab Socialism
A new coming of Socialism was making its way toward Syria through the Arab political group known as the Ba'ath party. This party was also at work in Iraq and was in support of the Palestinian cause. -
The Six-Day War
During June in the year of 1967, Israel made the decision to launch a defensive strike on the Egyptian Air Force. In return, this resulted in the beginning of a miniature war known as the Six-Day War. The war ended with a Syrian retreat and with a Israel that had doubled in size due to geographic gain.
