Yom Kippur War
Determined to win the territory lost in the Six-Day War back, Egypt and Syria launched a surprise attack against Israel. After weeks of fighting, both countries agreed to cease-fire. -

Peace Agreement
In 1977 Egyptian President decided Egypt wanted peace with Israel. This agreement was signed in 1978 and was called the Camp David Accords. This treaty ended 30 years of hostility between Egypt and Israel. -
Israel and Paestine conflict
Armed conflict erupted between Israel and Palestine after several Israeli soldiers were kidnapped along the borders of Gaza and Lebanon
