    Israel declared independence. Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, & Iraq attacked Israel.
    Israel gained land. Egypt gained the Gaza Strip and Jordan gained the West Bank and East Jerusalem. Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians and Jews became refugees.

    Egypt blocked Israel. Egypt, Jordan, Syria & Iraq borders and made threatening statements. Israellaunched a preemptive strike.
    Israel captured the West bank and East Jerusalem from Jordan, the Golan Heights from Syria and the Gaza strip and all the Sinai Peninsula from Egypt.

    Between Egypt and Israel. Egypt wanted more land causing the war between Israel and Egypt. Egypt lost the war, leading to more wars in the future.

    Began on June 6 1982. This was when israeli forces invaded. This was supposed to be a short-term military operation.This war broke out many others following it. Palestinians didn’t Agree with Israel.

    This was a palestinian uprising against the israeli occupation of the west bank and gaza.Hundred of thousands of palestinians engaged in a variety of civil disobedience. The intifada demonstrated to the world the legitimate national sentiments of the palestinian people.

    These were a set of agreements between the governments of Israel and the P.L.O. This was suppose to end the years of fighting.Leads to more arguments and fighting towards the future.

    Signed October 26 1994. Jordan and Israel maintain good neighborly relations by cooperating in many spheres on joint projects.
    This would help Israel and Jordan to get along even though the arguing wouldn’t stop completely.

    Was a withdrawal of the Israeli army from Gaza dismantling of all Israeli settlements in Gaza strip 4 small settlements in northern west bank also evacuated. Forced people to leave their homes, which is leaving half of the people homeless

    Won the Palestinian legislative elections. Ismail Haniyeh nominated prime minister establishing a Palestinian national unity government with Fatah.
    Effectively collapsed when Hamas and Fatah engaged in a violent conflict
