    The Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade
    The Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade happen from 16 centruy. Europe traded of goods for slave in Africa and then sold the slaves to the Americans. This process took about 18 months.
  • The Middle Passage

    The Middle Passage
    Once on a shipboard, slaves were chained together and crammed into spaces sometimes less than five feet high. One observer said the slaves were packed together “like books upon a shelf so close that the shelf would not easily contain one more” Condition within the slave ships were unspeakably awful. Inside the hold, slaves had only half the space provided for indentured servants or convicts. Urine, vomit, mucus and horrific odors filled the hold.

The South woud moslty used the invention because the slaves would have to pick out the cotton and take out the seeds.By the mid 19 centuary cotton had become Americas leading export. It was manily used for producing cotton faster when removing the seeds

    Frederick Douglass
    Frederick Douglass was born on February, 1818 he was born into slavery in Talbot County, Maryland. He was a former slave he lived with his materal grandmother. At a young age he was sent to live in a house at a plantation owners whom may be his father. He took a terrifrying dare escaping slavery in the year 1838 on Spetember 3. His impact on society was trying to end slavery making equal inatead of half free and half slaves who are unfree. His legacy was his powerful speeches to end slavery.
  • Harriet Tubman

    Harriet Tubman
    Harriet Tubman was born on March, 1822. Her legacy was she made a pathway to freedom for enslaves pathway named "Underground Railroad" leading to the North using the North star as her compass. Her escape in slavery was in 1849 but when she escaped she will go back taking a risk to help others out. Her impact on society is she was leading a abolitionist before the American Civil War she was like a hero to the South helping other slave escaping slavery.

    The telegarph was invented in 1830 by Samuel Morse. It was a machine that could send clicking signals across a wire. It could transment messages where ever its telegraph cable. The word telegraph means is greek word that means to write far. The telegraph involed a world wide system of wires using stations message operator it carry news faster then any invention used.It would mostly be impact on the South and the North because they will both have to get their news fatser baoth South and North.
