Anne is finally told that the Cuthberts will keep her and she can live in Green Gables. Anne is overjoyed! -
Anne meets Diana Barry
Diana is to be Anne's bosom friend. Anne has been dreaming for a friend like Diana for a very very long time. -
Anne meets Gilbert Bylthe
Anne makes her impression of Gilbert when her tuggs her braids and whisperes "Carrots, Carrots" when he attemps to get her attention. Anne still holds a grudge on who is now her enemy. -
Anne goes to the Sunday School picnic.
Anne is overjoyed to find out that she can go to the Sunday School picnic. She will try ice-cream for the first time! -
Anne meets Miss Barry
Anne and Miss Barry become good friends in a funny way. When Anne and Diana have a sleepover, they were told to sleep in the spare bedroom but unfountunetly Miss Barry was already there in the bed when Diana and Anne jump in! THey had no idea that Miss Barry was even at the house. Miss Barry was interested in Anne and became good friends. -
Anne meets Mrs.Allan
Mrs.Allan(left)becomes another great friend of Anne. Anne is inspired by her because she is the minister's wife and Anne really looks up to her. Mr.Allan(right) is the minister. Anne finds his prayers quite interesting unlike Mr.Bell's long prayers. -
Anne falls off a ridgepost.
Anne and her friends are daring other people to do things they'd not usally do. Anne is dared to walk a redgepost and she does it without fear. Sadly she falls and breaks her leg. -
Anne studies for Queen's
Anne has always studied hard but now she is studying really hard to make it into Queen's and to beat Gilbert Blythe. -
Anne makes it into Queen's
Anne is overjoyed again having made it into Queen's and beating Gilbert. Two of her goals asccomplished! -
Anne is awarded the Avery
All of Anne's hard work and studying has come for the better as she is awarded the Avery (an award ofnly few can recive). -
Anne makes a decision
After Matthew dies of old age and Marilla's eyes are starting to act up and somebody wants to buy Green Gables Anne makes up her mind to teach school and stay home with Marilla instead of going on to Redmond.
