Angelica Schuyler was born to Phillip Schuyler and Catherine Van Rensselaer Schuyler. She was the eldest of 15, but only 8 survived to adulthood. -

Angelica may have had an affair with Hamilton, but it's unknown if it's true. They had a very flirtatious relationship, but they were just very good friends. And she was already engaged to Church. -
Angelica Elopes John Barker Church
In 1776, John Barker Church visited the Schuyler household. They began courting, and in 1777, they eloped, thinking that Philip Schuyler wouldn't approve because of Church's suspicious past. They had 8 children together. -
