California Gold Rush
We are traveling to california for the gold rush! everyone is mining over there to get gold. We really want gold so we could have more money for our family. The explosions here are uge i have seen many people die. Its horrible. But atleast i have found plenty of gold. -
Chinese Exclusion Act.
My family and i got kicked out of the United States. They will NOT let Chinese immigrants in there. So were back in china but we planning on sneaking back in. We might get killed but were taking the risk! The USA has better job there! Many of my parents friends have died trying to sneak in. Thats what were worried about, but whatever. -
San Fransico Earthquake
The Earthquake was hoorible, Many buildings got destoryed. Many people died. That was so horrible to see. Like i havent seen enough people die yet? seriously. We have to clean up this huge mess. This may take years. -
Angel Island
We made its to angel island. long trip but worth it. Angel is land was where all the immagranta went. This place was safe but some people werent aloud to stay because they had a disease. But thankfully me and my family made it trough. We need to find jobs, and shelter. The people of angel island Gave us food.
