oosing 60 pounds in a month is another great accomplish, why because at the time I was overweight at the time and it needed to change. So I asked my father for a meal plan and a workout schedule. And every since then I've been happy with my changes. -
Meeting my friend Shelea
The reason why I had put meeting my friend Shelea first on the list because she had changed my life in ways I never saw fit. We had met in chemistry class because our teacher had assigned us in groups of two and she had ended up being my partner. Which had ended up being a life changing experience.
