    I was born in the cape Cape Coral hospital at 5:02 a.m.
  • Beginning traveler

    Beginning traveler
    I was about 5weeks old and had gone on my first plane trip. My family had always been one to travel often so I learned how to maneuver quickly throughout and airport promptly over the years. Finally, I began to fly by myself with out any problems. This taught me independence and helpful life skills.

    My brother was born and when I was little it would always blame things I did in my brother even though he couldn't walk yet. Like this one time I drew on the wall on he other side of the house and he was sleeping in his crib. It's nice having a brother now that I can mess around with
  • Just keep Swimming

    Just keep Swimming
    I was about three years old when I learned how to swim. I remember crying and screaming at my swimming instructor when I came above the surface if the water. I was afraid of it as a kid but grew up to swimming in my pool frequently. This skill taught me to keep myself from drowning and not breathe underwater.
  • 9/11 for my family

    9/11 for my family
    On this day my mom had left work early to pick me and my brother up from pre-school. She was very nervous about the incident that had happened with the twin towers and wanted to get to us as soon as possible. I don't remember much of this day except that I was upset for having to leave school and my friends early.

    I began to do ballet and perform in dance recitals. It taught me to be precise with timing and gave me para time when performing in front of others at a young age. I liked dancing but eventually grew out of it.
  • Learning about boats

    Learning about boats
    I was 4 when I first started to go boating. I would help my dad clean the boat after each boating trip and therefor learned to keep things tidy. As I grew older I would help tie up the boat and learn each individual settings. I learned techniques on how to handle a boat and take care of it.

    Huricane Charley came and it was unexpected and my parents and friends were all nervous but my brother and I were happy because we both had a flash light and a dog in our arms. The hurricane cost my dad's company thousands of dollars worth in damage. I don't remember this day much except for operating my own flashlight and feeling like a big girl .

    Became part of a team
    I was in 5th grade and had made my first team sport, which was basketball. I learned how to be part of a team and work together with others. It showed me that in life you will always need to have people to help you out with in any situation and guide yiu tot he right path. I also learned to help,lead others to the right path.

    I participated in my middle schools annual stations of the cross performance. I sang all the songs along with two other girls. It was nice to participate in the acts Jesus went through and take part in what my religion is based on.

    I received the 100% effort award at my middle school award ceremony. I was recognized for always putting my best foot forward and never giving up.
  • Awkward years coming to an end

    Awkward years coming to an end
    I graduated from St.Andrews middle school. It was hard having to say goodbye to all my friends that were attending different high schools. At my middle school my friends and I all got ready together before all the dances and eat lunch together.

    I began my first day of high school at Bishop Verot. Although it was scary I managed to make it a successful year with being involved in cheerleading and the basketball team. I am also apart of the top 50% of my class
  • Extra help

    Extra help
    I began to see a math tutor and act tutor who I continued to have consistently for 3 years. Not only did I try to do my best in school but out of school too so I would be able to receive the extra help I needed. The tutoring has provided me with improvement on my performance in school and helped me to stay within an honors credit math class all four years.

    Volunteering with kids
    I started to volunteer at vacation bible school with little kids and teach them about god. It taught me to be patient and appreciate what we have in life. I enjoy volunteering their because I am to make a difference for kids.
  • Europe trip

    Europe trip
    I finally went out of the country and traveled around Europe, specifically in Ireland, England and France. I was able to experience the different types of cultures and foods first hand. I also saw the Big Ben in London and climbed up the Eiffel Tower. The trip was very knowledge filling and we would also go to museums and learn the historical backgrounds of each place.
  • Second honors

    Second honors
    I received second honors at the end of my sophomore and junior year. My GPA I received was a 3.86. This taught me how a constant good work ethic eventually pays off. I was very very proud of myself for this accomplishment and to this day still work just as hard as I did when I received that GPA.
  • Freedom

    I finally got my drivers license. I was able to become more Independent and experienced and energy driving actually took. I started to drop off my own prescriptions and Walgreens, drive myself to practice, drive my brother everywhere and even go grocery shopping for myself so I could pick out the foods that I wanted.

    prom video I had my first prom which the junior class had the privilege of going to. I threw the before prom party where my dad took pictures of everyone. He also helped me put a video together for everyone to see all the pictures taken. This taught me the a concept sometimes sealed with in the marketing business when advertising something which is something I would like to do.
  • Leadership

    I led freshmen retreat. At our high school we do a traditional retreat where the seniors are to provide freshmen with guidelines for high school and provide them more comfort for their first few weeks of high school. It was honor to help out and be take part in my schools traditions.

    I volunteered at special populations in Cape Coral Florida. The institution is a place where people with mental disabilities are taken care of nurtured. It provided me a perspective of how blessed I am and appreciate how healthy I am.
  • Welcoming day

    My family had their first christmas party with about 100 people. They loved to throw parties with loads of people. I would have all of my friends come and my mom would have Santa come every year and he would bring all the kids toys. My job every year was to open the door for people and invite them in. I learned to be hospitable and polite to others when welcoming them in my home.
