  • French & Indian War

    This was a war between the French and Brittish for North American power. When the Brittish won they created the Proclomation of 1763.

  • Proclomation Of 1763

    This prevented westward expansion of brittish colonists. This was to keep peaceful trade and relations with the Native Americans. This angered the colonist and was the beginning of some revolts.

  • Stamp Act

    This was a tax on all printed paper. This was a major push for colonists to boycott. The colonists didn't wqant this because it was taxation without representation.

  • Stamp Act Congress

    The gathering of officials to plead with Brittian to repeal the stamp act.
