The SWEET Act
The Sweet act, known as the Sugar Sweetened Beverages Tax. This is a tax where you pay 1 cent per teaspoon of sugar, high fructose corn syrup or calories sweetener. This was made to discourage excess consumption of sugar sweetened beverages. The Sugar Act says it would add expenses of defending, protection, and securing the same. The Sweet Act says it would reduce human and economic cost of diabetes, obesity, etc. They have the same over reaching thinking just a different government.
