The Treaty of Paris ended the French and Indian War. The
French received all land from the Mississippi River west, while the British received all
land from the Mississippi River east. -

The Stamp Act outraged the colonists it taxed almost all printed materials. -

This was an act that taxed the colonist on imported goods. -
The Boston Massacre
On March 5, 1770, violence broke out in the streets of Boston. British officers tried to calm the crowd, but it didn't work. The townsfolk began to tell them to fire then a soldier got knocked down and then 5 people were killed by gunfire.
