French & Indian War
The French & Indian War was a war to gain control over the British territory. This could have saved America, but it could have also hurt. If the British didn't win this war then we as America would not be here today. -
Proclamation of 1763
The Proclamation of 1763 prevented Westward expansion. The reason this is important is that if you as a colonist crossed over this territorial line than the relationship that Great Britain had with the native Americans would be gone. -
Stamp Act
This act added a tax to all paper products bought, which did not favor the poorer colonist. This was to pay for War debt by Great Britain. -
Sons & Dauhters of Liberty
These groups had methods of boycotting. The Sons used violence and the Daughters organized spinning bees. -
Stamp Act Congress
This Congress's job was to determine the respone to the Stamp Act. This was help see if they needed troops to protect the colonies.
