Daniel Shay led local farmers to rebel and attack the court. He was a soldier who fought in the war but he was being confiscated for overdue taxes. -
Constitutional Convention
Fifty-five delegates met in Philadelphia. They discussed about a new Constitution. They created an executive, judicial and legislative branches. George Washington was elected as the President.
