permits citizens in the District of Columbia to vote for Electors for President and Vice President -

prohibits both Congress and the states from conditioning the right to vote in federal elections on payment of a poll tax or other types of tax. -
Voting Rights Act
utlawed discriminatory voting practices that had been responsible for the widespread disenfranchisement of African Americans in the U.S. -

barred the states or federal government from setting a voting age higher than eighteen.
