    The day I started kindergarten was an important day for me. I started at Wilburn Elementary, and my kindergarten teacher's name was Mrs. Gansey. I was very excited to be going to a real school for the first time.

    When I was beginning to start the 2nd grade I moved to a new elementary school called Conn Elementary. I was a little nervous about moving to a new school, but after I was there for a few days I really liked it. The teachers were pretty nice and so were the students.

    When I was in the 2nd grade I started taking piano lessons. This was a very exciting hobby for me and allowed me to actually know how to play an instrument. Piano is a very fun thing I do and allows me to have a special talent.

    When I first got my braces it was an important event in my life. My braces hurt really badly when I first got them, but I eventually got used to them. I was nervous when I got my braces, but I was happy to be getting my teeth straighten.

    When my brother graduated from his basic training in Fort Benning, Georgia I was really proud of him. I was also happy that he got through the training part and would be moving on to the real military stuff. Although I do miss him I am still very proud that he’s fighting for our country and doing something great in his life.
