PAST SIMPLE OF THE VERB TO BE
We use the past simple to talk about events in the past. -
PAST SIMPLE (REGULAR VERBS)
we add ed to regular verbs to from the past simple -

for irregular verbs, we cannot add ed, so we change all the word. -
COUNT AND NON-COUNT NOUNS
count nouns are things that can be counted and non-count nouns are thing that cannot be counted. -

We use to talk about quantify or amount. -
TO INFINITIVE
Is a verb phrase with the word to in front on it. -
COLLECTIVE NOUNS
We use collective nouns to refer to groups of people, animals, or things. -
PAST PROGRESSIVE
We use the past progressive to describe actions that were happening in the past. -
QUESTION WORDS
We use question words to ask different kinds of questions. -
PRESENT PERFECT SIMPLE
We use the present perfect simple with have/has and the past participle of the verb. -
THE CONNECTIVES
We use the time connectives to show when events happen. -
COULD
We use could to make polite request and to express possibility. -
PAST SIMPLE AND PRESENT PERFECT SIMPLE
The past simple and the present perfect are similar, but have differents meanngs. -
USED TO
We use "use to" to talk about and event that happened in the past but is not happening anymore. -
CONJUNCTIONS-AND/ BUT/ OR
We use "and, or, but" to join sentences. -
AS...AS
We use as...as when two people or things are the same. -
COMPARATIVES AND SUPERLATIVES
We use comparatives to compare two people or thing, and superlatives when there are three or more people things.
