As student have access to technology on a daily basis, students need to interact with technology in a way that will build skills and aid in their academic advancement. -

Identify areas for funding for additional technology carts to expand daily technology use into additional classes. -
Focus Group/Survey
Provide survey to gain feedback from stakeholders on technology needs. Hold meetings with focus groups to identify the type of technology that would be most beneficial to student academic needs. -

Review SPSA at school site council meeting for approval of technology expansion. -

Assembly chromecarts and inventory to prepare for use for the 2017-18 school year. -

Identify needs to move toward a 1:1 technology site. Work with district to identify possible funding for expansion of technology. Present site plan to district. -
Technology Teacher PD
Provide PD session for teachers to expand knowledge on ways to incorporate technology into content areas. -

Provide voluntary PD session for teachers to expand knowledge on ways to incorporate technology into content areas. Allow for tech-know teacher to share ideas with colleagues. -

Submit approval for 1:1 technology for board approval. -

Identify site needs for 1:1 technology and submit purchase of technology through purchasing. -

Library Tech to inventory and bar code all 1:1 devices to prepare for student checkout for the 2018-19 school year. -

Administration develop technology contract for student/parents to sign outlining responsibility of 1:1 technology/virtual textbooks. -

Create student technology contract. Provide form to all students at registration and inform parents of requirements/appropriate use contract. -
