Addressed to all coaches and board members:
It has come to my attention that someone (whose name will not be mentioned) was at MG on Friday shoveling the snow off the field. PEOPLE......WE ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO DO ANY TYPE OF MAINTENANCE ON THE FIELDS! -
EN phone call to Missy @ 10:50am
Missy and I spoke on the phone regarding the use of plastic and/or rubber tipped shovels at MG. It was clearly explained to EN that it was not so much causing field damage, but more of a concern of injury from shoveling or worse - heart attack occurring on Township property. Using proper equipment to clear snow from MG had been permitted up until the snow storm of October 2011. (The change of this policy does not appear in writing or has been made public anywhere.) -

Phone call and VM to Missy @ 1:24pm
Phone call to Missy - Left VM. (to discuss what had transpired on March 20, the "rules" we just discussed on Tuesday March 12th, and the fact that MG Back is completely unplayable due to the actions and poor job done by 25-30 "volunteers", not to mention lack of communication from Community Affairs in that, if authorization WAS given to clear snow off fields, why was VYS not afforded that same opportunity? -
Message received @ 1:55pm "Maple Grange Closed"
Missy Wiedbrouck never returned my call.
