We started off with 285,000 dollars. With this money we can start building the foundation of our home. We will now pick the location and outline of our house. -
Location of House
We chose to settle in a suburban area. It is more quiet and peaceful then the other locations to chose from. -
Lot we purchased
We purchased this lot for 42,000 dollars which was the cheapest out of the three lots. That way we will be able to build a better and bigger house and save more money. Now we are picking the outline and foundation for the house -
Approved!!!
Our building permit was approved. Now we can start to cut down trees and clean up the land. So far we have had a success with our house. -
Completion of House Phase
We picked out the styles of all the rooms, kitchen, bathrooms etc. We also added flooring to all of the rooms. Now we will start the selling process. -
Tree Removal
We are now doing tree removal for our house. Then after we will be doing grading and clean up. -
Completion of Site Phase
We have completed the site phase and now we will pick the rooms in our house, and add doors, windows and fireplaces. -
Outside of House
We just designed the floorplan of the inside of the house. Then we added, doors, windows, walls and a roof. -
Ad for House
This is our ad for our house. We are asking for 200,000 dollars, hopefully we will get some offers. -

This is the credit report of the person who is offering 156,000 dollars. We will now check and see if they are able to buy the house. -
