Castellers de Vilafranca
This holiday was first celebrated in 1948. It is celebrated once a year, usually in august or september. This holiday was formed because of a new public interest in human tower building in 1948. It takes place in Catalonia. People of the offical group called Castellers de Vilafranca actually make the tower, but anyone can watch the towers be built. This holiday is celebrated by making giant human towers that sometimes can be up to nine "stories" tall.
