Half Life 2: Lost Coast Released
Half Life 2 Lost Coast was initially planned to be implemented into the story line of Half Life 2, however due to time constraints and many other various factors, it never took off until it was developed as a seperate DLC. It was bascially just a way for valve to showcase it's new physics engine and new "high-dynamic range rendering" implemented in valve's new source engine. -

The awaited sequal to Half Life 2, it was also released that the remaining Half Life sequals will be done in episodic incriments to avoid delaying the game due to Valve's insistence on perfecting every detail of their games. -

Left 4 Dead: The Sacrafice was a very fun and entertaining DLC. The Sacrafice tells the story of the 4 previous survivors who had to travel practically accross the country in order to get to an island where it is free from all zombies.
