The Future - Where We're Going

  • Add 1 new program; total of 2

Chicora Elementary School program opens in impoverished North Charleston neighborhood, adding 130 new WINGS kids to the 120 we serve at our learning lab in downtown Charleston, Memminger Elementary School.
  • Add 1 new program; total of 3 - 400+ kids flying high with WINGS

Will be delivering WINGS to approximately 400 kids a year at 4 different schools; our organization expands capacity, with performance metrics in place that sustain quality and effectiveness as WINGS grows.
  • Make data-driven course corrections

WINGS improves and evolves based on results/outcomes measured with precision by state-of-the-art performance management system that tracks progress individually and by the organization.
  • Sustain programs

WINGS remains focused on delivering successful outcomes for approximately 500 kids a year with a foolproof rogram model that sustains the same high level of quality and effectiveness.
  • Summative evaluation

Outside evaluators conduct a formal assessment of outcomes to test with scientific rigor the impact of the WINGS program on participating kids.
  • Formative evaluation

Outside evaluators test with scientific rigor how the WINGS program model is being implemented. (When the cook tastes the soup, that's formative; when the guests taste the soup, that's summative.)
