OVCH ED Construction on Schedule
We are happy to report that the construction is on schedule. The framing has been completed and the electrical and plumbing lines are installed. The construction crew has replaced the old flooring and installed the med-gas system. The area for the new generator, which will serve both the hospital and the skilled nursing facility, is prepared and ready for the equipment to be installed. The interior drywall installation and ambulance bay area are currently being completed. -

Ribbon cutting ceremonies for the new Ojai Valley Community Hospital Emergency Department were held on October 1, 2009. The new larger faciity has six private treatment bays, private consultation area, clinical support space, a new admitting and waiting area, a new ambulance bay and the latest technology and equipment.
