    Estates general was when all 3 estates came together to talk about there problems. When they came together the 1st and 2nd estates could outrule the 3rd estate. The 3rd group later on became the national assembly which made some other estates people to join the national assemble.
  • Storming the bastille

    Storming the bastille was when the towns people thought the king was going to send troops to the town so they needed weapons. They headed to the prison of bastille which they take and find no weapons but release some prisoners and killed all the guard and start a new tradition of having the head on a stick.
  • Revolt/National assembly acts

    Was when the national assembly signed the declaration of man which means every man is free and has equal rights. Then the women thought they should have the same right so they charged to the kings house and made him go back to paris. Later the king tryed to escape and go to austria but was caught back to paris.

    What happened out side of france was pussia and austria signed a declartion of pilnitz which threatened france if anything happened. France took this severly and got ready for war against prussia and austria. France goes to war againsst prussia to relize that austria joined in with prussia.

    This event is when a group of parisians stormed the royal castle and killedd all the guards. The royal family fled to the assembly which was a bad move. The radicals take over and put the king and queen on trial and they both are executed.
  • Robespierre and the reign of terror

    robespierre was one of the chief architects of the reign of terror which was when people were being executed because they were accused for not liking the revoultion. He brought a new invention called the guillotine which was a execution device.
