Moved To Atlanta
With moving to Atlanta I learned to accept change. I was little but the people in my life changed. I had to change things that I was used to doing. -
Moved back to MD
I was older this time so change was a little more difficult. I had to deal with school at a higher grade. I had to deal with my Mom gone away to work longer. -
Went to Bahamas with Dad
This was my first time out of the United States. I learned that there is so much more to this world outside of where I live. I also got over my fear of boats. -
Joined the MD local soccer team
Learning to play soccer was something new for me. This was the first time I played a sport. This was also the first time I had to learn teamwork to win. I liked the feeling that winning gave me. -
1st Dog Sheba Died
This was a sad time in my life. Sheba was there since before I was born. It taught me not to take things for granted. This was the first time I had to deal with death. -
Got second dog (Pepper)
Pepper was my second dog. I definitely was not going to take him for granted. My Mom made me be more responsible with him so that I would learn to take care of things. I am still responsible for feeding and walking him. -
Learned to play the Trombone
I learned to take on new challenges. It was hard at first but I was proud of what I accomplished. This opened me up to try new things. -
Got knee scar from ice skating
I got my knee sliced open with a roller blade while ice skating. It was two inches deep. It was the first time I felt so much pain but I had to be strong and deal with it while I got stitches. I am now a more careful person.
