Gorbachekv Reveiled the political system of the USSR to the world. This was the start of Russia's transformation out of the USSR. -

Gorbechev's political reformation of the USSR. This also freed the Russian economy. This was the second step to a more democratc Russia. -

The Communist Party of the now former Soviet Union is dismanteled. This is also the end of the USSR. -
