  • 1991 Linux

    Linux was the first use of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, first released is Sep 17, 1991.

  • 1996 Release of the USB

    This was an industry leading standard that established specs for cables, connectors, communication, peripherals and other computers. This is defiantly one of the biggest ones everyone still uses these today!

  • 1998 The release of the google search

    This release was slow and did not realize how big of a powerhouse they would eventually become. I mean serious it I so crazy I mean they coined the phrase "I googled it".

  • 1998 The release of the Max Computer

    This was a crazy year. Once again Steve Jobs definitely did not know the impact that Apple IMac would have. I mean this company was built off of the IMac but man iPhones are huge! I even have one!
