The first DVD to be created and developed was in 1995. To this day, there are still DVD players & DVDs -- even on gaming stations such as XBOX. This is how people watched movies growing up and made long-lasting memories between family and friends. -
1998 - Digital Millennium Copyright Act becomes a law
In 1998, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act became a law that helped with copyrighting and privacy. No one could pirate DVDs, or copy audio without permission which protected the industry. -

In 1997 WIFI was created & in 1999, you could install WIFI in your home. We use WIFI constantly in our everyday lives. We use it for our phones, tv, computers, our jobs, everything. We are very reliant on WIFI in this age due to a need.
