Eventually, the Soviet Union became a government with no territory and would officially dissolve. Additionally, with the end of the Soviet Union came the end of the Cold War.

    The Oklahoma City Bombing was a domestic terrorist attack committed by two anarchists when they blew up a truck in front of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, killing 168 people. The attack was the worst attack that had ever been committed on U.S. soil before 9/11.

  • 9/11

    The attack on 9/11 was the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil. Two planes struck the Twin Towers in New York City, both of which would crumble to the ground. Another plane would hit the Pentagon in Washington D.C. and another plane would be retaken by the passengers and would crash in a field in Pennsylvania. Around 3,000 people would die because of the attacks.
