  • CRAM Card Random Access Memory

    CRAM Card Random Access Memory
    NCR, National Cash Register corporation, developed mylar cards to process secondary storage. A deck of CRAM cards consisted of 256 cards and recorded 5.5 MB. CRAM cards lead to future advances in external storage of data for high speed processing.
