  • Commercial Car Radio

    This was a set of brothers that created the first commercial in-car radio and they were the Galvin brothers. It was the first product to have the Motorola name. Later on in 1952 they would come out with FM radio.
  • Parking Meter

    Parking Meter
    The parking meter was invented September 16, 1935 and was originally called Park-O-Meter. Invented by Carl C. Magee in Oklahoma. Carl lived in New Mexico and then moved to Oklahoma 1927. Carl was asked to find a solution to the over crowding of parking in the district and he came up with the parking meter and the first one being placed on First Street and Robinson Avenue of the time.

    It was Charlie Christian around 1936 when the electric guitar was invented. he came about the idea because he was a jazz guitarist and wanted to play solo in his band. It was not patented until 1937 and two men Adolph Rickenbacker and George Beauchamp who made it.

    Donald Lewes Hings was the inventor of what was originally called "packset". His original use for this was for the military and is now used for a multiple of different things. he later on died in 2004 at the age of 96.
  • Helicopter

    The helicopter was made in 1939 and its first flight was in Connecticut .The helicopter has a lot people too give credit to one would be Igor Sikorsky he was the one who designed it and it was actually built by Vought-Sikorsky Aircraft Division of the United Aircraft Corporation. this piece of technology was then seen 5 years later in war.
