As the "Casa del Obrero Mundial" lost power and importance, and the conflicts between labor groups just intensified, the search for an organization that represented the majority of the unions of the country grew. Months later, the control strategy that prevailed was CROM, which intentions later would be decribed as: was simplified to the idea of unionism regulated and efficient, rather than the idea of direct action. -
Cuernavaca is recovered by the Government.
