    Turns out that I need a filling and a 'scale and polish'. She also told me that I need better dental hygiene (though it does lack when I go home as I don't take all of my stuff with me for a start!) so I am going to try out different methods of cleaning (soap for a start!) and whitening methods (strawberries anyone?)
