Mike IV, originally named Jerry, was donated by August Busch III of Busch Gardens. -
New Home
Mike IV spent the summer off campus at the Little Rock Zoo in Arkansas while renovations were completed to expand his enclosure. It took some time before Mike IV trusted his new swimming pool. -

Pranksters cut the locks to Mike IV's cage early one morning and campus police called Dr. Bivin to come get his tiger out of the Bernie Moore Track Stadium. -
Mike V Arrives
Mike V, originally named Stevie, was donated by Dr. Thomas and Caroline Atchison. -

Mike IV was retired to the Baton Rouge Zoo in 1990 where he lived until he was put to sleep five years later. -

Mike V used the same trailer Mike II used until it finally gave out in 1997. The new trailer was donated by Doug Guidroz and Rick Vallet. -

During his 17 years as mascot Mike V oversaw another Footbal championship, 5 baseball championships, and 23 track and field championships. -
Mike VI Arrives
Mike VI was donated by Great Cats of Indiana and was introduced to the student body on September 1, 2007.
