Rebellion
Prisoners began to rebel against the guards, led by Prisoner #8612 -
#8612 acting crazy
Prisoner #8612 began to act crazy; screaming, shouting, cursing. It took Zimbardo and his crew some time before they were actually convinced he was crazy and let him go. -
Liberation
Rumor circulated among the prisoners that #8612 would bring some accompolices to 'liberate' the remaining prisoners. That rumor remained a rumor. -
New prisoner
A new prisoner, #416, was admitted to the prison. He rebelled against the guards by going on a hunger strike. -
Christina Maslach arrives
She, at the time was dating Zimbardo, visited the cells and inspected. She was uncomfortable and even broke down and argued with ZImbardo about the experiment. Eventually the experiment was called off. -
Stanford Prison Experiment ends
Zimbardo calls off the experiment and debriefs and interviews the prisoners and guards.
