Saturday night on December 7, sailors who were supposed to be at Pearl Harbor were leared from there post by drinks on the house in local Japanese resturants, and by the flirting of local Japanese girls. They left their post and later on that night Pearl Harbor was attacked by a Japanese air fleet of over 350 aircrafts used in the attack on 29 out of the 350 aircrafts were destroyed. This attack destroyed most of the ships but not all. -

Fog was thrown, and as soon as they let down their boat hatches troops were mowed down. due to heavy fog and anti-aircraft fire bombing was inaccurate. over 3,500 american casualties, the canadians also took part in this ib=nvasion of france they attacked a beach code named Utah and also suffered heavy casualties, Britain attacked a beach codenamed sword and took it easily with less casualties. -
