-The Ovillers-la-Boisselle was involved in this event.
-This was way more painful than WWI.
-Western Front met. But the German attack on the French at Verdun in February 1916 forced Britain to take the lead in the Somme offensive (Imperial War Museums, 2023). -

-A German U boat Torpedoed the British owned ship.
- It happened on May 7, 1915.
- This eventually led up to WWI.
-It happened in America.
- A German submarine was involved in this event (Annette McDermott, 2018). -

-The Battle of Verdun began.
-WWI is the most brutal war of history.
- Erich von Falkenhayn was involved in this event.
-Most of the French casualties were getting killed and tortured.

-They blame the U.S for undermining security.

-They were the final allies for WWI.
-Romagne is far larger than those in the more commonly known site at Omaha Beach in Normandy (Unknown, 2023). -

-In this battle over 26,000 soldiers were killed.

First meeting of the League of Nations
– The League of Nations was involved in this.
-It was a meeting of the League of Nations.
-The purpose of the league of nations is to supervise the mandated territories.
- They all gathered in Geneva.
- It was created after WWI to provide a forum for resolving international disputes (UN Archives Geneva Platform, n.d).
