The Treaty of Versaille was signed by Germany and the Alllied Nations formally ending WW1. The terms of the treaty made Germany pay financial reparations,disarm, lose territory, and give up all of its overseas colonies. it was signed June 28, 1919 and put into effect on January 10, 1920.
