    Germany invaded POland and took it over because they were weak and wouldn't take action. In result, Poland then got overridden and GB and France declared war on Germany.

    The Japanese bombing of ships in Pearl Harbor was done because the USA cut off Japan's oil supply. It resulted in thousands of innocent deaths.

    A jewish resistence in the Warsaw Ghettos happend because they werent happy that they were being treated badly, so Germans burnt the Ghettos down and killed thousands.

    The invasion of Normandy was to surprise Germany with U.S. soldiers flooding in through France, so we could get into the heart of Germany, which we were sucessfull, and Germany surrendered.

    The Soviets and the USA went into the camps and stated freeing these innocent people to show the end of war and prove their innocence, they saved thousands of innocent lives.

    The USA won this battle, along with Iwo Jima. It was fought to gain land and resulted in more power for the US, and less for Japan.

    A battle of the pacific for allies to gain land, ended in 100,000 Japanese and 50,000 allied casualties.

    Victory in Europe day was celebrated because of Germany's surrender.

    The USA dropped two atomic bombs on Japan to make them surrender, and it worked. 130,000 died right away, there were radiation sickness issues, they needed to evacuate, etc.
