At Delville wood British aromor breaks barb wire and makes a path for infantry to move through. Tanks were still primitive and did not prove to be the decisive weapon the designers thought they would be. -
Germans pull back sumbarine warfare
After sinking of the Lusitania and other neutrel passenger liners America is outraged so Kaiser Wilhelm pulls back unrestricted sumbarine warefare. This is an attempt to keep america out of the war but lets supplies be sent from America to other ally countries. -
Sumbarine warfare resumes
Kaiser Wilhelm resumes unrestricted sumbarine warfare in trade ways. This of all German acts is what led to Germany's defeat since America joined. -
The Zimmerman telegram
British inform U.S. president Wildrow Wilson that foriegn secretary Arthur Zimmerman sent an offer to Mexico that they side with Germany in the case that the U.S. enters the war. Mexico declines and tension between the U.S. Germany rise. -
America joins the fight
German U-boats sank a multitude of American passenger and cargo ships. America declares war and joins the allies. -

Germany signs armistice at 6AM and fighting ceases at 11AM. Germany stops all fighting involving itself. -
