The first of the antisemitic laws of the Nazi party were introduced at the Nuremberg Rally of the Nazi Party. These laws affected Jewish citizenship, jobs, privileges, and treatment. -

The United States drops the first Atoimc Bomb, "Little Boy", on Hiroshima, Japan from the "Enola Gay" bomber plane. 40,000 people killed instantly. Three days later the second atomic bomb, "Fat Man" was dropped on Nagasaki, Japan. -
