The Anti-Comintern Pact or Antikomintern Treaty was signed on 25 November 1936 between the Empire of Japan and Nazi Germany , the document being relaunched and again signed on 25 November 1941 , after the invasion of the USSR by Germany. In the document, the signatory nations pledged to take measures to safeguard against the threat of the Communist International , or Comintern , led by the Soviet Union. -
