The Lusitania was a ship that people normally traveled on. It was a British ship. Germany exploded it and even warned people beforehand. Britain let it go anyway. Then, Germany exploded the ship and killed everybody on board. There was some Americans on the ship and this caught Woodrow's attention. -

Edith Cavell was a British nurse who was killed by a firing squad for helping fallen German soldiers. She once said "Every man is a father, husband, or son. -

Pancho Villa was a Mexican bandit who was an ex-soldier. He eventually ran into America and slaughtered a good amount of people in Texas. Woodrow Wilson called an army general to hunt down Pancho Villa. -
