Bronze Age Collapse
Sometime around 1200 BC the current civilizations at that time mostly all collapsed. The great society's at that time like Egypt, Greece and the Hittite empire all fell victim to the collapse and were destroyed. After that the world went into what is known as the Greek dark ages. Many historians think that a big factor in the collapse was invading sea faring people that attacked many countries in the eastern Mediterranean. -

The Roman Empire as we know it was created by Augustus. He was Julius caesars nephew and adopted son. He most likely became emperor during 27 B.C. The Roman empire was one of the most powerful nations in the Mediterranean and the world for hundreds of years. -

The Middle Ages also commonly known as the dark ages started with the fall of the once mighty Roman empire. During the middle ages many of the European countries that we know today were created and in their infancy. The medival age was ended when the Renaissance started. -
The Industrial Revolution
The Industrial Revolution started in the late 17 hundreds in Britain after many scientific developments like the steam engine for example. The industrial Revolution helped transformed the world from a mainly rural population to a more urban population. -
The World Wars
The World Wars were a series of two major war that changed the world. Over 100 million people possibly died in them. The two wars changed the world into what we live in today. It set the stage for the Cold War and many wars and events that followed afterwards.
