employers must pay employees at least a certain amount an hour, depending on the states requirements. WI minimum wage is $7.25 at the moment. -

State laws generally are allowed to drug test employees and future employees, but they must follow state rules if they do. They must give you notice and procedures to avoid prevent discrimination. -
vaction pay
Federal law does not require employers to pay workers on vaction, sick days or holidays. vaction pay is something that is agreed upon with the employer and employee. -
Family and medical leave act
A employee is allowed up to 12 weeks of unpaid FMLA leave during any 12 month period for new baby, sick spouse or children. -
NLRB
The law governing relations between unions and employers in the private sector. It protects workers who join, form, support, or assist labor unions. -
Breaks from work
Federal law does not require places to give meals and breaks to workers but some states provide for breaks. Breaks that are given tend to be 1/2 an hour every 5-6 hours worked.
