Kozani consists of about 45,000 to 50,000 people. It is a small town with not very good economic status. The people who can be intergrated should be correspond to the number of the town’s population. As a result, the number of people that could be intergrated in are around 3.000 to 4.000 maximum. -

Adult women can be emploeed at the local restaurants, the local shops and as cleaning operators. On the other side, men can be emploeed at restaurants, in farming and also at the bakery. -
Ways our school can help.
Our school can help refugges children by organizing a charity, where students can donate old cloths, old toys and old books. Moreover, every student who wants to offer and give other essential products such as food, types of first need and anything else that can be considered as useful it would help a lot of chidren. Therfore, our school could organise special lessons in Greek to help the refugee’s children incorporate to the lifestyle as the other greek students. -
The potential benefits for local community
The local economy can benefit from refugees because refugees receive a modest allowance from the greek goverment wich can be spent at the local shops. -
Accommodation.
The refugees could stay in abandoned houses and tents but also they can stay at sheltters and they can even be hosted by residents.
Moreover, refugees could be hosted from charities that host people who need our help.
