Christian Wedding Processional Order
There are a few differences:
The Officiant is already in place at the altar
The best man and groom enter from the side and proceed to the altar before the processional begins.
The maid/matron of honor walks down the aisle solo and stand alongside the bride.
The ring bear enters next, followed by the flower girl.
The bride and her father then enter. Source: A COUPLE’S GUIDE TO CHRISTIAN WEDDING SONGS -
Jewish Wedding Processional Order
As a Jewish wedding takes place under a chuppah, or canopy. Traditionally, the only parties that usually are underneath the chuppah are bride and groom, as well as the best man and maid of honor. If there is enough room under the chuppah, the parents of the couple may stand under it as well. The rest of the wedding party stands on their respective sides of the bride or groom.
